SKIING IN REISA

In terms of skiing, Reisa lies in the shadow of the nearby Lyngen Alps, the world’s Mekka for randonee skiing. But skiing here is equally cool!
GOOD TO KNOW
While some coastal parts of Nordreisa are very popular for skiing, like the fabled Storghaugen mountain or Uløya island, the other, more innland locations, like the huge valley of Reisadalen, are by far not typical and known skiing destinations. Especially compared to famous Lofoten or nearby Lyngen peninsula. However, if you have a closer look at Reisadalen, you will find some of the most impressive technical skiing in all of Norway.
